Refund Policy for PRO Membership If you are not happy with your purchase and have not used any of our digital services (points or PRO membership), you may contact us within 24 hours of making the purchase to request a refund. Please note that if you have already used some of our services for which you made the payment for, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed within 21 days of acceptance of your refund request. Refund Policy for Recurring Payments (Ad Slots) Advertisements (Ads) are sold through denizan.com as subscriptions, with each subscription period renewing every 30 days. So when you purchase an ad you are setting up a recurring payment that will continue to automatically renew and re-bill every 30 days until it is canceled. You must be aware of your active ads and subscriptions. Each payment, other than your initial payment for the first subscription period, is a "Recurring Payment." If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours before the date it is scheduled to automatically renew and re-bill. If you do not cancel your subscription on time, we will consider a refund request for a Recurring Payment on a case by case basis if you have submitted a refund request to us no later than 48 hours after the Recurring Payment was renewed or re-billed. If you do not contact us within 48 hours after the recurring payment was re-billed, we do not provide any refund in that case.
